Giving online with a credit or debit card allows us to have access to your donation quickly and easily so we can put it right to work. Please consider offsetting our credit card fees when making your donation. Once your donation is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Recurring Gifts:

You can help East Wake Academy to plan for the future with a recurring monthly gift. To set up your monthly gift, click here and choose the “Monthly” tab. You can choose the amount of your gift. Every gift matters so choose a gift amount that works for you.

We would prefer that you either mail your check or drop it off at the front office in an envelope to: Alison Johnson, Development, versus sending it in with your student. Please do not send credit card information through the mail. If you have questions, please contact Alison Johnson at (919) 404-0444, ext. 2104. A thank you note will be emailed to you if you give share your email address, unless you prefer a mailed tax receipt. 

Matching Gift:

Double your impact through a matching gift with your employer. Click here to see if your employer participates in a matching gift program. You can choose this option when making your online gift. You will be directed to your employer site to complete the form. 

If they aren’t listed here, you can always reach out to them to see if they would consider participating.

Donor Advised Funds:

How to Give Through Your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF):

  • Initiate Your Grant: Contact your DAF sponsor (such as a community foundation or financial institution, like Vanguard or Fidelity) to recommend a grant to the East Wake Academy.

  • Specify the Purpose: Let them know if your gift is for a specific program, scholarship, or area of need.

  • Provide East Wake Academy Details: They will need our legal name (East Wake First Charter School, Inc.) and Tax ID (56-2076997).

  • Complete the Grant: Your DAF sponsor will handle the rest, ensuring your gift reaches us promptly and accurately.
