Our Golden Gala Homecoming Dance will be this Friday, November 15th from 8pm until Midnight. Students may pay $8 this week at lunch, or pay $10 at the door the night of the dance. This is a semi formal dance, so no jeans allowed.
All concessions and drinks at the dance will be FREE, including chick fil a nuggets that will be available while supplies last! We look forward to seeing everyone there.
Fall Dance Concert - Thursday, November 21st!: Join us for an unforgettable evening of dance as we showcase the incredible talent and hard work of our dancers! The Fall Dance Concert is just around the corner, and we can't wait to share this performance with you.

Driver Eligibility Forms: Please let Mrs. Campbell know if you need the Permit form. The requirements to receive this form are as follows - you have taken the class and completed your driving portion. Please contact Mrs. Campbell at kcampbell@eastwakeacademy.org.

EWA NEWS:
This Thursday, November 14th, is our Athletic Boosters DDD. Students can bring $4 Thursday morning to dress down. Teachers will not be able to make change, so any amount given over $4 will be considered a donation. As a reminder, this DDD is NOT included on the year-long dress down pass. All money raised will go towards uniform upgrades. Thank you for supporting EWA Athletics!
Re-Enrollment:
Re-enrollment for RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY began November 4th for the 2025/2026 school year.
Re- Enrollment Ends November 15, 2024 at noon.

The re-enrollment will automatically close on November 15th at noon. If you do not submit your re-enrollment for the 25/26 school year by the deadline of November 15th at noon, you will lose your seat and have to apply in January for the lottery. CLUBS:
First Priority meets every Thursday in room 211. Bring your lunch and join us for a time of bible study and prayer. You are guaranteed to leave encouraged!
Unity Club will be selling ‘Grateful Grams’ the week of November 18th at lunch. Take this opportunity to share with a friend or teacher how grateful you are for them. Proceeds will go to First Priority to assist with Hurricane Helene relief. ‘Grateful Grams’ will be sold while supplies last.
The Cancer Awareness & Community Service Clubs are partnering to host a Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, Nov 23rd from 10-1 at WhitleyPark in Zebulon. All proceeds will be donated to Reelin' for Research for Childhood Cancer Research. Students and staff are invited to participate. Attention FBLA members - our Regional Competition is just around the corner on Saturday December 14 at Cary High School. All Study Materials for regional tests have been sent out. Please check your email and google classroom to make sure you have everything you need.
