Fall Dance Concert - Thursday, November 21st!: Join us for an unforgettable evening of dance as we showcase the incredible talent and hard work of our dancers! The Fall Dance Concert is just around the corner, and we can't wait to share this performance with you.

SENIORS: if you are interested in applying to any private universities in NC, check out https://ncicu.org/direct-admission/ for waived application fees and conditional direct admission. 

Driver Eligibility Forms: Please let Mrs. Campbell know by email if you need the Driver Eligibility Permit form. Last day to get this form before Trackout is December 12th at 2:30. No forms will be given over Winter Break.  Please make sure you make an appointment with Mrs. Campbell at least 48 hours prior.

The requirements to receive this form are as follows  -  you have taken the Driver's Ed. class and completed your driving portion.  Please contact Mrs. Campbell at kcampbell@eastwakeacademy.org.

CLUBS:

Spanish Club will have a brief meeting on Friday in Mrs. Jones’s classroom during lunch. We hope to see you there!

Unity Club will be selling ‘Grateful Grams’ this week of November 18th at lunch. Take this opportunity to share with a friend or teacher how grateful you are for them. Proceeds will go to First Priority to assist with Hurricane Helene relief. ‘Grateful Grams’ will be sold while supplies last.

Attention students: Today is the last day to sign up for the Pickleball Tournament! If you’d like to play, please add your name to the sign-up list by the end of the day. The Cancer Awareness & Community Service Clubs are partnering to host a Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, Nov 23rd from 10-1 at WhitleyPark in Zebulon. All proceeds will be donated to Reelin' for Research for Childhood Cancer Research. Students and staff are invited to participate. Sign up & pay on MySchoolBucks or see Mrs. Lane or Mrs. Nettles for more information. The cost is $25 per 2-person team. Sign up today! On Thursday, there will be a mandatory meeting for all players and volunteers in Ms. Nettles’ room. This meeting is required for everyone participating or helping with the event. Don’t miss out. we look forward to seeing you there!”

Attention FBLA members - our Regional Competition is just around the corner on Saturday December 14 at Cary High School.  All Study Materials for regional tests have been sent out.  Please check your email and google classroom to make sure you have everything you need.  

First Priority meets every Thursday in room 211. 

SPORTS:

All high school students get in FREE to tonight’s games with a canned food or non-perishable food donation!! Bring your donation and come cheer for the Eagles! JV plays at 4:30, Varsity Women at 6:00, and Varsity Men at 7:30.
