SENIORS: If you have received a College/University/Military acceptance letter and/or scholarship(s) email Mrs. Ray at dray@eastwakeacademy.org. If you want your accomplishments noted in the HS announcements specify that you would like it added. If not, the information will stay only with the Senior Class Records.

"Dancers, it's time to audition for the EWA Company and Ensemble Dance team "Due to snow if we are out of school on Wednesday February 19th we will reschedule TUESDAY FEBRUARY 25th from 3:15-5pm right after school in the Dance Room"
Career and College Promise at Nash Community College is hosting information sessions in February for interested students and families.

Wake Electric Scholarship: $2,000 & $1,250 College Scholarships Available: High School seniors, if your parents or guardian(s) are members of Wake Electric, be sure to apply for the Fred M. Alford Scholarship ($2,000) and 16 Touchstone Energy Scholarships ($1,250 each). The deadline to apply is March 14, at 5 pm. To learn more about eligibility or to apply, visit: wemc.com/scholarships.

Welcome back, Eagles! Over the break, you kept the kindness going—Create something for someone—a playlist, a doodle, or even just a quick note. Whatever it is, make it meaningful!
CLUBS:
There is a Community Service Club meeting during lunch in the Baker Center
First priority meets every Thursday. Hope to see you there:)
Unity Club meets the first and third Thursday of each month, and we would love to see more of you there! We hope you’ll come check it out and get involved.
FBLA will meet February 21st. See Mrs. Warren if you have any questions!
HS Cancer Awareness Club Meeting TBA
Attention Book Club: please stop by room 211 as soon as possible to pick up your copy of this month's book, The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. We will meet on March 7 at lunch to chat!
SPORTS:
Varsity Soccer Tryouts day 2 will be on Tuesday 2/18 4-5:30 at Knightdale Station Park. Please bring cleats and shin guards. There will be no soccer tryouts today.
